Service Plans
We pride ourselves on the backup and support we offer for all of our products.
All of our specialist engineers are factory trained on our equipment and undergo regular manufacturer training courses to keep up to date with the latest product changes and servicing techniques.
We offer service options that are both cost effective, and cause the minimum disruption to your daily workflow. Whichever way you choose your servicing to be done, you can rest assured that with Veterinary
X-rays it is done to the highest standard possible.
X-ray Generators
For x-ray generators we offer three convenient service plans.
On Site
We come to you at a pre-arranged date and time and service your
x-ray unit on your premises. If you need to use your x-ray system whilst yours is out of action, all of our service vans are equipped with loan x-ray units so that your workflow is not disrupted.
Return to Workshop
We arrange for a next day courier to come and collect your x-ray unit and bring it back to our workshops. We service and recalibrate your unit to the manufacturer’s specification, we apply any manufacturer upgrades relevant to your unit and return it to you on the same day by next day courier.
With Loan Unit
We arrange for a next day courier to deliver one of our loan x-ray units to you in one of our custom made transit cases and collect your x-ray unit.
We receive your unit back in our workshops where we service and recalibrate your unit to the manufacturers specification. We apply any manufacturer upgrades relevant to your unit and return it to you by next day courier and arrange collection of our loan unit.
Fuji Capsula and Prima systems
For our Fuji Capsula and Prima systems we offer three comprehensive options for ongoing support and service.
Annual Service
We come to you and service your CR system. We update any software that needs updating and return the system to how Fuji intended.
Telephone & Remote Support
We are there on the end of a telephone for you. Any issues with your system will be dealt with by one of our Fuji trained team. We can also remote in and take control of your system repairing any software issues remotely.
Platinum Package
Our Platinum package offers you the complete package, giving you the ultimate peace of mind.
An annual service, 12 months remote and telephone support as well as a guaranteed loan PC to get you up and running again quickly, should the need arise, is all included.
Sound DR systems
Annual Service
We service your Sound/Eklin/SoundEklin/Sound DR system. We update any software that needs updating and return the system to exactly how the maunfacturers intended.
